Clients appreciate his broad experience in business and intellectual property litigation, and his knowledge of technical issues - knowledge which he acquired early in his career as an engineer and project manager for Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Sahelian will not accept a case unless he feels morally justified in advocating for his client. It is this moral justification that fuels his intense need to win at trial. He attributes his success to a belief that with moral justification, and skilled lawyering, any adversary can be brought to terms. He relishes the challenge.

Mr. Sahelian will represent clients who may not be in a position to pay fees up front. In such cases a hybrid fee arrangement is negotiated, particularly where the law allows for an award of fees and costs to the prevailing party at trial.

Mr. Sahelian has a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Drexel University (Philadelphia), and a Juris Doctor which he acquired from the University of West Los Angeles while employed full-time as a project manager. He took and passed the California Bar Examination on his first attempt in 1993.

Mr. Sahelian is of Armenian origin. His values are instilled in him by a strong-willed and principled family.
